A 650 square foot cottage sold for $2 million in Palo Alto a couple of years ago. The property tax is a mere $2,100 a month.

Chicago is so broke some lawyer sent me a letter trying to collect on a 20 year old parking ticket.

I wrote him back and told him I was not planning on returning to Chicago so he could stick that ticket where the sun don't shine. ;)
