FIRMLY HELD RELIGIOUS OBJECTIONS

Plaintiff objects to both the vaccination and the testing. The two in his mind are intertwined. His first set of objections applies to both.

Plaintiff searched his Scriptures and found where God gave instructions to the ancient Israelites in the Book of Leviticus (chapter 13) on how to deal with infectious diseases. These instructions always involve quarantining the individual with the symptoms, never an entire population.

Plaintiff continued searching his scriptures to find this quote by Jesus Christ in Matthew 9:12: “But when he heard it, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.” (ESV) Plaintiff wishes to pose this question to the Defendants as well as this Court: Why is he in need of testing when he is not showing any symptoms?

Central to the Christian faith is the belief that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. I Corinthians 6:19, 20 states, “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.” Plaintiff desires to glorify God. Plaintiff has seen the list of chemicals included in most vaccines. These include mercury and formaldehyde. 1 Plaintiff does not believe that putting these chemicals in his body will glorify God.

Plaintiff additionally believes that this also means not putting any unclean meats in our bodies. (Leviticus 11:26 states, “All animals that divide the hoof, but it is not completely split in two, and do not chew the cud are unclean to you; anyone who touches them becomes unclean.”) He holds that position that God created everything with a purpose. God created the pig to clean the forest floor. God created the lobster to clean the ocean floor. God created the catfish to clean the lake floor. And He created the mouse to clean our floors. Plaintiff does not believe that the Father created any of these creatures for human consumption. Plaintiff believes that if this was true in Abraham’s day, it is true for today. Plaintiff reads ingredient lists carefully to make wise food choices. He does not trust the ingredient lists for any of the vaccines.

Plaintiff additionally holds to the sincerely held religious belief that he is not to put anything created in a lab into his body. He believes that man is free to take any plant that God has created and mash it or bash it, slice it or dice it, fry it or dry it. But if it was created in a lab, he does not want it because it was created by people who think that they can improve upon God’s creation.

Plaintiff spends the extra money to purchase white willow bark, the original aspirin. Plaintiff avoids GMO’s, hormones, and additives. Plaintiff strives to grow and raise his own food so he knows where it came from and what is in it. Plaintiff spends the extra money to purchase Standard Process vitamins and minerals, a company dedicated to whole-food sources, rather than purchase cheaper lab created alternates. And the science supports his position.1

Additionally, our so-called vaccines are made from aborted fetal tissue.2 Leviticus 17:14, 15 firmly declares, “for the life of all flesh is its blood. So I have said to the Israelites: You must not eat the blood of any living thing because the life of every living thing is its blood—all who eat it will be cut off.”

Real people are dying from the vaccines.1 Those vaccinated are more at risk than the non-vaccinated.2 And the statistics (VAERS) on the adverse reactions to these tests are being underreported.3 The Father condemns the shedding of innocent blood.

The Father has already created a vaccine for our bodies. It is called natural immunity.4 When we take care of our bodies with wholesome living in accordance with Biblical principles, our bodies take care of us.

Plaintiff remembers a time when our government frequently aired commercials directing us to a web site called EverydayChoices.gov. Now buried deep on health.gov, we can find this admission, “Food and nutrition play a crucial role in health promotion and chronic disease prevention.” From the beginnings of this pandemic, our highest levels of government have minimized the roles of healthy lifestyles and sold us on vaccines as a panacea. Government has essentially and effectively positioned itself to be this nation’s savior. Plaintiff already has a Savior.

“Transhumanism. If you don’t know this word, you need to know it. Everyone in the world should know this. Because it is my belief that these injections that they falsely call vaccines are actually the gateways for transhumanism and that is why we are going through all this chaos.”5 Plaintiff believes that humans were created in the image of God and finds Transhumanism to be an abomination.....
