This plan is insane. It will never be implemented as this government will hit a brick wall doing 120 mph.

The narrator talks about the microbiome of the soil.

The main problem with this is the overuse of chemical fertilizers causes the destruction of healthy soils. And the use of heavy farm equipment causes compaction of the sub-soils, i.e. those soils beneath that which is tilled every year to plant crops.

I have discovered the proper use of organic methods of farming and gardening to be much more healthful to both crops and soils, and the people who consume the produce from said plots of land. ;)
