What about government buildings and other high rises? I know the newer State of Illinois building in downtown Chicago has a southwest facing glass wall which complicated cooling in summer. Not sure how they would heat that massive space outside of the office areas. Heat rises and they would need a way to circulate the air for both heating and cooling. ;)

In the article it states that the higher sulpher content fuels contain 1% to 1.5% sulpher when the grade for non-polluting fuels is .1% sulpher content. These higher sulpher fuels are known as bunker fuels and are cheaper in cost. Less money spent is the best way to increase profits. ;)
