This 38 second video is the best one of the prosecution witness admitting that he threatened Kyle with a gun before Rittenhouse shot him. This was after Kyle had been hit in the head with a skateboard and another man had kicked him in the face when he was down.

Shows prosecutor with palm over his face.

I know that states have laws regulating the age to purchase weapons, but do they have laws regulating the age to possess weapons?

Such is true only because of the complete lack of resistance.

No state gun law is legal. States dont have the right to regulate guns.

Nor do the feds.

Course I know, we tr explaining that in a court and we'll end up sitting behind bars.

what was found re: WI law

"Any person under 18 years of age who possesses or goes armed with a dangerous weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor."

Not too bad.

Kyle was 17 when he bought a gun in Wisconsin. State law says he can use a gun at 16 for hunting, military purposes and target practice. He must have used it for target practice as he shot what he was aiming at.

He didn't buy it from an FFL in WI, which is fine, I haven't used on in over twenty years. Private transactions are a good thing.
