One suspect has been identified as Darrell Brooks, a black male in his 30’s with multiple convictions for violent felonies, skipping court dates, and who is registered as a Tier 2 Sex Offender in the state of Nevada. Brooks was released on bail of $1,000 two days before allegedly running down innocent parade goers in Waukesha. 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse had his bail set at a significantly higher number.

Kyle Rittenhouse had to pay $2 Million for his freedom in a case that lasted over a year. Convicted sex offender and violent felon Darrell Brooks paid $1,000 in bail. Rittenhouse had no prior convictions on his record.
