Sounds like a civil rights violation to me, depriving access to a business based on alleged and unproven guilt. Access to the courts, even by those found guilty by them, is a constitutionally protected right.

That would be the same as Walmart banning use of their stores by any person who is merely accused of a crime by the state. I'd like to see Kyle sue GFM over this civil discriminatory policy which is based solely on unproven allegations.

It goes without saying that allowing fundraising with this parade incident shows the double standard. Certainly something Rittenhouse can cite in filing a lawsuit.

I saw you mentioned Wal Mart and it struck me that a couple of people I knew had used Crazy Glue to stick a penny on one of the bench seats at the local Wal Mart here in town. LOL

But you are correct there is certainly a double standard here, and Kyle needs to sue the pants off everyone in sight who has slandered him. ;)
