Biden drops to 36% in polls. Over whelming majority want Republicans to win House in November.
Kamala Harris is to be asked to resign as she is lower in the polls than Biden. Maybe they can fill her spot with Hillary.
Dems would be better off if they let Trump fill out the rest of Biden's term. Then he could not run in 2024.
