I met with a contractor at a jobsite yesterday to see how a project was going. He'd brought what I thought was his wife with him. I made him for about 50, but the gal only looked about 25, and a hot little hammer she was.

Turns out it was his daughter and she was only 13. Holy crap, he's gonna have his hands full with her.

That's happening with my erstwhile buddy Lopez. NottaVax is melting his brain. He's fixin' to get his ass sued off. This job yesterday is one of his. What a fucked up mess. I think the thing's running about $300k over budget to date. That's why I got called in to ramrod the job. It's been going on for about a year and a half now.

When this is done, the client is going to have a really nice $750,000 duplex. He should be able to flip it easy for about $325,000. If he continues with his plan as a B&B, it should breakeven by the turn of the century if he doesn't count expenses.

(Edit) I figure Bidet is just going to confiscate it and turn it over to about 50-60 Pakis.
