Well, math *tests* could certainly be racist if they asked, say, word problems in a prejudicial manner.

I remember one math problem: Jose steals your cell phone and starts skating away on a skateboard at 20 MPH. You have an unloaded gun with 3 rounds in your pocket. It takes you 5 seconds to load each round, and your chance of shooting Jose in the back is reduced by 20% for every 30 yards away he gets. What are the chances Jose will be voting Democrat in the next election?

I agree, but regardless, the question is invalid. Wetbacks don't ride skateboards, only stolen cars, and who in the hell can afford three rounds of ammunition, let alone find it?
