If you purchase a Telsa, buy it on credit and on any agreement write, "Any holder of the this note agrees the 'Holder in due course' does not apply." Then withhold payments until the car is fixed.

The problem is, the dealers know the banks will not buy the note with that comment. Therefore, if you insist they probably will not sell you the car on credit.
