Doing the Nazi salute and idolizing Nazi war criminal Stepan Bandera does however.

Festooning oneself with SS Wolfsangel emblems and swastikas is a bit of a giveaway too.

Did you see the Oliver Stone documentary on Ukraine that Horse posted?

It goes into the history of how the CIA protected and worked with WWII Ukraine Nazis starting back in 1946.
