I rented a hybrid some years ago. Should have rented a mule.

Thanks Fred. I needed a laugh this morning. Me and DST don't get along.

EVs are trash. Never try to drive across Texas and back. Take forever to charge it. If you pay extra ($52,000), you can get a long range Tesla. It is 635 miles from El Paso to Dallas. God forbid a fellow had to drive to Oklahoma City to see a football game or celebrate Christmas with the family.
Not so sure about mules. My grandfather had to plow fields in Indiana back in the day before tractors!

It's 820 miles or 1320 km from El Paso to Texarkana (Texas), which takes about 11 hours, 48 minutes to drive.
El Paso is closer to LA than to Texarkana.
We should have never joined the US.

If the Bidet and his freakshow has its way, we will be horse drivers.
If we don't have to eat the horse to survive. One of my steel horses is eating my lunch as I type.
