Bills can only be collected if you have someone who scares the other guy into paying.

I had deposited two checks in a bank and used their debit card to purchase iTunes cards. Both checks bounced like rubber balls. The woman at the bank was screaming at me, "YOU ARE GOING TO PAY ALL OF THIS!"

The bank wrote off the debt and some collection agency picked it up. This guy called my cell and said, "Let's talk about this money you owe."

I said, "I don't know what you are talking about." Then I hung up.

If you admit you owe the money, they have got you. ;)
