3 Curious Facts about the FBI and the Boston Bomber the Public Wasn’t Told

“Louder with Crowder” is back with the latest on the death sentence for the Boston Marathon bomber. He notes there are some details most people don’t know about the event that are kind of important…and very curious.

First, the FBI initially claimed they knew nothing about the suspects beforehand. They said the Tsarnaev brothers were not on their radar and they had never interviewed them. It was later discovered that was a lie. The bomber brother’s mother said the FBI interviewed her sons before the bombing and warned her they were being radicalized. She even claimed the FBI knew what Dzhokhar was doing over Skype when these extremists counseled him.

Tsarnaev also claimed he and his brother made the bombs alone. The FBI originally said there were no traces of bomb making residue found in their homes. This was later also found to be not true as explosive residue was found at the brother’s apartment.

A third thing is that the brothers may have been trained by jihadis. The FBI missed this one too, as the use of fake IDs may have helped them travel to locations where more happened than we really know. But now we may never find out as the bomber is back under a death sentence again.
