Joe Biden Gives Another Inspiring Trunalimunumaprzure Speech

Well, he did it again. Joe Biden was giving a public speech and – stop us if you’ve heard this before – his brain misfired, and a bunch of incomprehensible mush started spewing out of his pie hole. Biden had been giving a speech praising his newly confirmed Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, but then his brain just switched off. The reboot wasn’t pretty.

Biden started off by telling the assembled crowd, “Iwznmfoot uh foot foot.”

Then he proceeded to tell a brief story about walking in the foothills of the Himalayas with Xi Jinping, which prompted the creation of this meme. Biden said that his lark through the Himalayas was when he traveled 17,000 miles as Obama’s vice president.

Finally, Biden capped off his brief aside about walking through the foothills of the Himalayas by saying, “I don’t know that for a fact!”

You can’t even make stuff this bizarre, sad and weird up. You half expect to see a cane reach on stage to yank him off when this happens, and it’s happening with more frequency. Joe Biden’s mental decline is so bad that he probably won’t be in office much longer.
