President Donald Trump got great news today in his $72 million lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and others over the false Russia smear that hurt his campaign and his presidency.

Because former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook testified that Hillary Clinton personally approved of the dissemination of materials alleging secret communication between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank to the media.

Former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook testified under oath today that Hillary was consulted before they pushed the fake story in the press and that she approved of it. What’s even worse for Hillary, Mook admitted the campaign was not totally confident the data was accurate.

“I discussed it with Hillary as well,” said Mook. “I don’t remember the substance of the conversation, but notionally, the discussion was, hey, we have this and we want to share it with a reporter.”

When asked how Clinton responded, Mook said: “She agreed to that.”
