What did that do to GROSS income? My buddy that owns several properties has had expenses SKYROCKET.

Everybody is making more money, but is slipping under the waves at the same time.

Also not mentioned is the skyrocketing of property taxes. One of the main reasons that I cashed out earlier this year.
