I don't know about the speed of the missile in the Twitter clip, but it certainly took out a big weapons depot. Kinda reminiscent of the Beirut blast last year.

They have a MOAB but the missile was relying more on kinetic energy than a huge bomb warhead. F = Mass X Acceleration. Modern US tanks do not need a warhead. They are made from depleted uranium. Fired at high speeds with lots of mass, as DU is heavier than lead, the DU shell goes through the opposition tank. The DU generates a fire that kills the tank crew. Problem is that DU on a battlefield gives cancer to US soldiers years later.
