I doubt this happened in Chicago since the cops were not wearing blue shirts. CPD uniforms are blue shirts and Navy Blue slacks.
The cops were wearing tan shirts and pants. One of the cops has a shoulder patch. Hard to make it out but it might be Highland Park which is a north suburb of Chicago. ;)
