"We should have done things earlier, we should have been supplying the defensive weapons into Ukraine earlier. We need to learn that lesson for Taiwan."

1) US and NATO will be out of weapons in their stockpiles if they send a lot to Taiwan. They are already running low.

2) I don't think China will attack Taiwan until after the US is bankrupt, maybe May 2023 or 2024.
