The Senate added $13 billion to the House $839 billion bill. Some sections might fail in the Senate. Maybe they passed a regulation saying soldier have to shower with transgenders so they can get a more compliant army to obey whoever replaces Biden, Kamala Harris or Nancy Pelosi.
