Guy Reffitt needs a good lawyer to file a Tite 42 suit against these clowns.
They gave us Section 1983 to specifically rein in rogue government agencies.
Do you think the ACLU might be able to spare one of their lawyers to file this, or are they just too busy dealing with crazy women who have their teats in an uproar over the Supreme Court knocking down Roe V Wade? ;)
