My cousin did not want to go to jail for drunk driving so he got our of his car and punched the deputy sheriff back home. And then because he did not want the deputy to call it in on his radio, he had the bright idea of stealing the deputy's patrol car. He woke up the next morning and saw the deputy's patrol car out front and said to himself, "Damn, I left my car back there. I think they know who did it." He neglected to notify the DMV so he was not yet arrested. His dad got him a lawyer so he only served 90 days.

Moral: "If you have to do something stupid, do it in California so you don't go to the Big House." If he had done that in Tn or Ok, he would still be in the state pen.
