I think Putin's next move should be to unite North and South Korea to get control of Korean chip makers who have plants inside China to balance a possible Chinese monopoly post acquisition of Taiwan's chip makers. Chips are in such short supply that one conglomerate is buying washing machines to get their chips. I wrote about this here: Vidrebel.Wordpress.com
