Are Ukraine officials exaggerating gains to push through their weapons wish list?

The Russians have an S-400 in Donbass and an S-500 over the border in Russia. US planes will not last. They could give them longer range missiles but the Ukes are crazy. Any more attacks on Russian soils will provoke a much more harsh response.
