At the conclusion of today's broadcast, Dima said that Russia kicked off a blood drive in major Russian cities. Obviously, they are expecting casualties in mid to late November when they begin their offensive from Kherson to Nikolayev and then Odessa. I also expect an offensive along the Donbass to push the Ukrainians out off artillery range of civilians in Donetsk. In the north I expect the Russians to degrade the forces near Kharkov but to concentrate on Sumy district next door which will cut eastern Ukraine off from rail and electricity. Sumy is 30 miles from the Belarus border.
