Something is hugely wrong and it appears something wicked is truly in the works. Cars with loudspeakers are driving all through Kherson, warning citizens they must evacuate the city "BY November 7."

The people of Kherson have been promised free rent anywhere in Russia for the duration. They might be moving Russian soldiers into their apartments. They should have enough soldiers in Kherson to launch an offensive early in December when the ground is frozen.
