Actually, there could be a correlation between women who have an innate desire to be attractive and their need for social interaction, such that depriving them of that social interaction in the educational environment could more adversely impact their learning. Whereas women that with less sensitivity about their looks might also be more likely to be introverted and able to do better in an isolated environment.
