The US uses their other stealth aircraft to stand off shore and fire missiles which is what Russia does. The Mig 31 fires a MACH 12 Kinzhal missile which digs a 30 meter (98 foot) deep hole in the ground where the target used to be. The Russians normally spend in a year what the US spends in a month. Putin charged Gazprom $20 billion to pay for the war in the Ukraine. The B-21 might never get into full production. The US deficit and $706 billion in interest payments plus corruption allowing the theft of trillions from the taxpayers.
