Russia also won like 19 out of 20 last most prestigious programming competitions in the world. I mean, not individuals, but universities from Russia. And it's an American competition invented in Texas in the 80's. The first time in 25 years that a US university won was in 2022, guess why, because Russia was banned from competing.
