First son Hunter Biden has agreed to plead guilty to federal tax and firearm charges as part of a deal with the Justice Department that will likely keep him out of jail, according to a court document filed Tuesday.
The charges, first reported by NBC News, come at the conclusion of a five-year investigation into the 53-year-old that has focused on money he received from overseas business interests.
