Amish

When we drove trucks for Vestal out of Niangua, MO when we didn't need fuel we would go down Hwy C south of Marshfield where Amish lived.

One time I was driving. I look left and kids were giving me, "blow the air horn" signal. I grabbed the lanyard and pulled it. I didn't see the horse on the other side of the road and he was raring back.

I wonder what the Amish had to say about that one? LOL

This is old story from about 20 years ago and am lucky to recall it because of the meningitis. :)
