crackdown on ceiling fans

Now we will need to think about the "ceiling fan police" and how to keep them from spying on our activities.

There is a car repair facility nearby that has a HUGE ceiling fan in its repair facility. What about them?

Those ceiling fans at the shop I work at help to circulate the air and keep us cooler. ;)
