Sergey Glazyev, Minister of Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Union, wants to hold a joint conference of BRICS and the Eurasian Union to which he would invite the entire Global SOuth. If they agree to use BRICS payment systems he would tell them to refuse to repay any loan denominated in dollars, pounds, euros and yen. That would be total debt cancellation and the end of US dominance and the US dollar.
