From the reading of it it seems obviously unconstitutional, but the descriptions of the bill given on the site seems a little exaggerated as is often the case with criticisms. They are just so blatantly stated.

Still disappointing as I like Noem. Kinda hard not to as she's quite intelligent and beautiful.

The most unsettling thing about modern times is that I don't hate anyone, Jews, Africans, Hispanics, etc, but I am tiring of defending myself and my lifestyle against them.
