That's damned good advice if you want to spend the rest of your life in prison, regardless if it was justified or not, and have at least $2,000,000+ to give to the criminal when they or their estate sues you into oblivion. Been there, done that in 2008. It cost me about $500,000. No Grand Jury (La Grania), no indictment. When the local DA tried to take the event to the Federal level, the Company stepped in and explained that it might not be a good idea to do that.

I'll be Goddamned Go-to-Hell if I pick up another firearm until the US goes full-Mad Max and the DOJ and state and local law enforcement is disbanded.
