Tylenol and Advil are bad for your health.

I take aspirin for the pain from my injuries ten and a half years ago. It's not good for my tinnitus, but it's better than the methadone I have to take sometimes.

The dose I'm given is something like 1/200th or 1/100th of what a junky gets at a methadone clinic. I guess I'm on that because it has a long half-life as opposed to Oxycodone. Regardless, you get a nasty hangover.
