Snopes.com, perhaps the most well-known fact-checking website, has finally confirmed — seven years later — that President Donald Trump did not refer to neo-Nazis in Charlottesville in August 2017 as “very fine people.”

The false claim was central to President Joe Biden’s election in 2020. He used it to launch his campaign in April 2019, claiming he had been inspired to run against President Trump because the latter called neo- Nazis “very fine people.”

When Frank Sinatra walked into a bar in Chicago, they would lock the front door. If you got close to Frank, you would have $100 bill in your hand.

This is why Chicago was my kind of town. But the City of Chicago learned this too late when they passed the Head Tax ($50 per employee in businesses with over 50 employees) which caused a lot of businesses to close up and move to the suburbs.

The Head Tax was later repealed but after the damage was done.

Now Chicago is a town of the very rich and the very poor. All the middle class has moved out. ;)
