As California Attorney General, Kamala sued the Obama administration in 2016 to stop fracking.

“There is no question I am in favor of banning fracking,” Kamala said in a 2019 CNN town hall when she was running for President.

She promised that she would get to work banning fracking on her first day in office by outlawing it on public lands.

Now her campaign claims she doesn’t want to ban fracking.
