"pay the price"? How long before Jackson died was this video made?

I read years ago that Michael Jackson on his last tour was exposing, or was going to, expose the "illuminati" who "don't care about us", and were killing us, in particular black people I believe was his message, with all their vaccinations. I read he signed his death warrant with that.
