Cholesterol, often vilified as the main driver of heart disease, is actually an essential component to cellular health. It plays a crucial role in various biological functions, including building cell membranes, producing hormones, and aiding in the absorption of vitamins. Cholesterol is a necessary nutrient that our bodies cannot produce on their own, so it’s important to get vitamin D from sunlight, and to consume foods that contain cholesterol to maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

My blood pressure is 125/ 65. I started by taking a German herbal formula to improve my echocardiogram. I went on to add beet powder to lower BP.
