I uninstalled Avast free AV and rebooted. Did the trick. Now I am back posting on 4um. Seems the Powers That Be Do Not like what you guys have to say.

I did just xfer the site to a new server, and that required domain name lookup changes which would have meant downtime for up to some 15-20 mins.
