I would get on The Chicago Outfit Facebook page since it helped me to remember growing up in Chicago after the meningitis.

I worked with this old boy who was knocking over Speak Easy's during Prohibition. Capone put the hit on them. So him and his partner took it on the lam to Boston.

They got back a month later and Capone's boys grabbed them and brought them to Big Al.

He told me, 'We were standing there with our hats in our hands, 'We're sorry Mr. Capone. We won't ever do it again." And Capone said, "Yeah? Well hit somebody else's joints. now ger outta here."

I would say they got off pretty darn easy. A lot of them got cement overshoes and went for a swim in the lake.
