Hurricane Helene's remnants didn't cause any major damage in our viewing area, but some local grocery store customers are feeling a ripple effect from the natural disaster.

All Ingles grocery stores -- more than 200 of them -- including ones in Ringgold, Trenton and Jasper, have been operating on a cash- or check-only basis since the storm hit.
