On October 19th, Drop Site News co founder and journalist Jeremy Scahill was interviewed by Ayman Mohyeldin MSNBC. The interview surprised me, and Scahill's words in it moved me. Aside from on Scahill's own publication, Drop Site News, this segment has not been posted anywhere online. Today I watch it and add commentary regarding the situation in Gaza, the media bias that makes interviews like this so rare, and the potential reasons why the host let it happen.
