Hydrogenated oils are the biggest problem in the food since they are not natural oils and cannot be processed by the body in the same way as saturated fats. There are also unmatured fatty acids.

There are four kinds of cholesterol, which include two medium chain fatty acids. But typically, only three are considered. ;)
