The officials who told NBC News about the rare explosive apparently stopped short of naming it, but emphasized that it was the first time it had been used in the United States, and had likewise never been used by terrorists anywhere in Europe. Investigators are now trying to determine how Jabbar learned about the extraordinary compound and how he was able to manufacture it.

"Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had mens views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States in the field of commerce and manufacturing are afraid of somebody or something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it." -- Woodrow Wilson- US President

While Trump is very pro-Israel, he's also not bought and not controlled by Israel which should be making Israel nervous, especially in light of his promise to declassify everything about JFK, 911 and maybe the USS Liberty. So Israel could be inspired to set up these "Islamic" attacks to try to further cement Trump into hating Muslims.
Is that too much of a stretch? I don't think so. Wouldn't be like Israel has much to lose to sponsor this terrorism.
