1) The US never thought Ukraine could win. They sacrificed a million Ukrainians to do harm to Putin's reign.

2) In WW II the US preparedstay behind forces to fight a war of sabotage and espionage against the Soviets in the post WW II period. The US now has 20 bases to do the same in the Ukraine and Russia.

3) No mention of the US Biolabs in the Ukraine.
