This is what I would do if I were Putin. I would map out large industrial areas everywhere in Ukraine. I would map out all government buildings in Kiev. Then I would announce that on Sunday morning I would obliterate them all with Oreshniks.

An Oreshnik is a MIRV. It has 6 reentry vehicles with each having 6 submuntions for a total of 36 submunitions. They dig holes 30 or more feet deep. They incinerate the area with a 7,232 degree F burn, melting steel and concrete.

On Sunday afternoon people can see what will happen to any young man who is sent to the front to die fighting Russia.
